Wierd

Every time i try to log into webkinz i t logs me back out. and when it does let me log in none of my stuff is there including my charms when i try and access the charm forest it says i need to get one and i cant do the gem hunt! either somethings wrong with my computer or somethings wrong with webkinz! Also when i try and go to my rooms it logs me out and if i get to my room none of my stuffs there and then it logs me out??
